Cancellation Policy


By completing your online reservation, you are agreeing to your credit card being processed immediately or your travel being charged to a preapproved Corporate Account and to the Airways Cancellation Policy.

On Airport Shared Ride and Private Vehicle Services, a minimum cancellation notice of 12 hours from the scheduled pickup time or flight arrival time applies. Reservations can be modified or canceled online up to 12 hours in advance or by contacting our office 24 hours a day. The conditions of the cancellations are as follows:

  1. No shows or under 12 hours before NO REFUND or Credits issued.
  2. Cancellations over 12 hours before Full Credit for future travel within 1 year* OR a 90% refund of credit card amount processed.

Airways Transit monitors your incoming flight. Passengers are not considered a no-show if their flight is delayed. In the event of a flight cancellation please contact us promptly with your new flight information.

On Charter Services, a minimum cancellation notice of 24 hours from the scheduled pickup time or expected arrival time applies.  The Cancellation Policy will follow the policy of that service provider for Charters requiring special equipment.

Customers should obtain a confirmation number when canceling a reservation.

*Updated 09/01/2021 - Reservations made after August 31, 2021 will be eligible for a 1 year Service Credit.
