Accessible Customer Service
All customers of Airways Transit receive the same high quality service from start to finish. This includes the ability to make reservations directly on our web site (www.airwaystransit.com) or by phone with one of our professional reservation agents. Passengers arriving at Pearson International Airport in Toronto are greeted and checked in by our staffed booths in each terminal. For Hamilton International and Waterloo Regional Airports, the driver will be waiting for the passengers in the terminal upon arrival.
Special accommodations may include:
- Service animals may travel on the vehicle with their passenger at no
additional charge. Please notify a reservation specialist of your needs.
- If for medical reasons a
passenger requires a Personal Support Worker to travel with them, a discounted
fare will be applied. (*NB)

*NB: Our professional drivers may offer a hand or an elbow to grasp, and direct your attention to the van entry handrail. Drivers are not permitted to to pick and place a customer into or out of the vehicle.
